The process, in five lines
- 01A 20-minute call. Budget, goal (home, rental, or both), timeline. You leave with a written buy box and the financing route that fits you.
- 02We search and tour for you. Video walkthroughs the same day, and a one-page underwrite on anything worth bidding on.
- 03Offer and sign remotely. Contracts by e-signature; the deed by remote notarization or a limited power of attorney we prepare with the title company.
- 04Close without flying. Funds by wire to the title company, inspection and appraisal handled here, keys held for you or your manager.
- 05Management from day one. A licensed manager, a lease, insurance and rental licence in place before the first month's rent.
