What we collect, and why.

Last updated September 2026

Coregia Real Estate Advisory is the practice of Dennis Obigwe, a licensed real estate salesperson in Maryland affiliated with RE/MAX Excellence Realty, and a member of Coregia Group. This page explains what happens to information you give us on coregiarei.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone if you choose to give it, a property address, and your answers about timing and condition. When you book a call, Google Calendar collects the details on that form under Google's own privacy policy. We also receive basic technical data that any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, which we use for security and nothing else.

Why we collect it

To prepare and send the valuation or information you asked for, to follow up about it, and to keep a record of our conversation if you go on to work with us. If you gave a phone number and agreed to contact, we may call or text you about your request. You can stop that at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

Who sees it

Dennis Obigwe and the tools that run this site: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores form submissions; Resend, which delivers our emails; and Google, which runs our calendar and email. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other agents or marketers. If you enter a transaction with us, your information is shared with the parties needed to complete it, such as the brokerage, title company, and lender.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to twelve months, or longer if you become a client, in which case brokerage record-keeping rules apply.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm within ten business days.

A note on valuations

Valuations from this site are broker price opinions prepared by a licensed salesperson. They are not appraisals and should not be relied on as one by a lender or a court.
